Just a fellow EHR consultant trying to make the job search easier :) Use the board and the public listings as a helper, not as a promise that a role is still open or that a rate is exact.

SMS program

Program name: EHR Gigs job alerts.

What you get: recurring automated text messages about Epic and EHR contract and full-time roles. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How you join: the public page at ehrgigs.com/sms. You enter your mobile number and check the consent box. That box is not checked for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use the site and the paid plans without opting in to texts.

Opt out: reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. For help, reply HELP or INFO, or write support@ehrgigs.com. Texting START does not turn the texts back on. Opt in again at ehrgigs.com/sms if you want them later. Email alerts are not affected.

Quiet hours: job alert texts go out from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the time zone on the opt-in. Eastern is the default. Rate limit: at most 3 texts in 24 hours, and not two inside 15 minutes. The same listing is not texted twice.

At launch the texting flag is off, so email is the alert that sends. Turning texts on later uses Twilio, with either a from-number or a Messaging Service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and text opt-in data are not shared or sold to third parties for marketing. The privacy policy is at ehrgigs.com/privacy.

The rest

The tracker on the homepage is your own notes. Don’t post someone else’s private contact on a public card. Listings can expire. Founding member, Pro, and Pro+ are described in the app. Texts are a separate opt-in from those purchases.
